2. You will answer a questionnaire.
3. First online video session.
4. I will make you a customized program.
5. Second online video session and Delivery of your program.
6. I am here for you for 30 days to motivate you, hold you accountable & answer any of your questions.
Can I train with you via FaceTime or video?
My services include a personalized fitness program tailored to your needs, but I do not offer one-on-one training through video calls. The program provides detailed guidance for you to follow independently.
Is your program designed for home workouts, gym workouts, or both?
Whether you have access to a gym, prefer home workouts, or want a mix of both, I’ll create a plan that works for you.
How long is the program valid for?
Each program is designed for a 30-day period. For best results, I recommend renewing your program after the 30 days to continue progressing toward your goals.
Is there a contract, or is it month-to-month?
There’s no contract or month-to-month commitment. You pay a one-time fee for the 30-day program and my coaching services. If you choose to continue after 30 days, you can simply purchase a new program with no obligation.
What is your refund policy?
All programs are final sale and non-refundable. They are also non-transferable to ensure a personalized experience.
Can I train with you in person?
Currently, I offer online coaching only, with no in-person training available.
Why combine fitness and trading mindset coaching?
With over 15 years in the fitness industry, I’ve always been passionate about helping people improve their health. During the 2020 pandemic, when gyms closed, I dove into the stock market and developed a deep interest in trading. Both fitness and trading share a core principle: it’s about challenging yourself. Whether it’s you versus the weights or you versus the market, success in both requires discipline, consistency, and a strategic mindset.
Do I need to be a trader to get your fitness coaching service?
Not at all! My fitness coaching is available to everyone, regardless of whether you’re interested in trading. The programs are tailored to your fitness goals and needs.
