1. Follow a customized exercise plan, nutrition guidance & recovery plan tailored to you.

2. Work out minimum 3x/week.

If you plan on working out less than 3x/week & not following my customized program, you will waste your time and money (as well as my time).

In this case, please find another coach or fitness guru promising result by watching 2 videos on social media!

I believe that a personalized approach to fitness is the best way to get you the fastest and best results possible. No one should have the same program as each person has a different range of motion due to age, health history, injuries... I will make you a personalized exercise program just for you according to your goal.


  • CUSTOMIZED NUTRITION GUIDANCE

Nutrition is crucial when starting to focus on a specific goal and it doesn’t matter the goal! My certification in Precision nutrition is extremely helpful to guide you with your nutrition. (Please note, I do not offer diet/meal plan), my service is guidance only.


  • CUSTOMIZED RECOVERY PROGRAM

Each person has a different lifestyle: Single mom, young professional, senior adults... We are all busy in our own ways. Rest is absolutely crucial for a successful fitness journey. I will make you the proper recovery plan for your days off in order for you to get an adequate rebuilding phase of your muscles.

30 days Fitness Coaching

Package includes:

Here's how it works (in 6 steps):

1. Book your session.

2. You will answer a questionnaire.

3. First online video session.

4. I will make you a customized program.

5. Delivery of the program and second online video session.

6. I am here for you for 30 days to motivate you, hold you accountable & answer any of your questions.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will you train me through FaceTime or video?
My services includes a customized program to you but no 1on1 training through video.

Is your program only for home workout or gym?

It depends on you, if you have access to a gym or not, I can make programs for home, gym and both!


For how long is your program good for?

The program is good for 30 days. I highly recommend to renew it after that.


Will I get a diet plan (meal plan) with exact supplement to take?

No, only RD (Registered Dietitian) can prescribe meal plan. However, including in my program is my guidance and support to educate you on your current meal situation and what you'd want to improve on as well as supplements.


Is there a contract? Is it month to month?

There is no contract and it is not month to month either! It is a one time payment for the entire program and my 30 days of service. If you decide to renew the service after 30 days you can simply buy a new program. 0 obligation!


Is there a refund policy?

All programs are final sale, not refundable & not transferable.


Where can I train with you in person?

Online coaching is the only service available.


Why Fitness & Trading mindset coaching? What do the 2 have to do with each other?

I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years now. Needless to say that I am passionate about it. However, once Covid hit in 2020 and gyms started to close down, I wanted to learn more about the stock market. It quickly became an obsession and I am now as passionate about the market as Fitness. The 2 are actually very similar as it is You vs You and not You vs the market. Exact same thing with Fitness, it ain't you vs the machine or the Dumbbell, it is You vs You! Plus, you still have to have discipline, consistency and a method to succeed in the market, same as in Fitness!
